What are you looking for in a tutor?
We are seeking tutors who meet the following qualifications:
Healthcare Background: We’re looking for individuals with experience in healthcare, whether as a licensed professional (RN, nurse practitioner, doctor, etc.), a healthcare educator, or a current student in a healthcare-related field who can effectively teach foundational concepts.
Fluent in English: A high level of fluency in English is essential for tutoring English healthcare terminology, communication, and professional writing.
(Bonus) Teaching Experience: Experience in teaching or tutoring is a plus, though we value passion and a commitment to student success above all else.
Cultural Sensitivity: As you’ll be working with students from Taiwan, an understanding of cultural differences and the ability to adapt your teaching methods is important.
Strong Communication Skills: The ability to explain complex topics clearly and offer constructive feedback is a must.
